The fancy world of Culinary Arts and the practical skill of Cooking come together in our week long Summer Camp. Our Campers will learn to Cook on the Stove, in the Oven, and on the Grill. Kitchen Safety, Food Handling, and combining flavors are a big part of this Camp. Children will be split into teams to learn and work together to produce delicious food.

For Ages 6+
Mon: Food Safety & Culinary Hygiene
Cleanliness in the kitchen, proper food preservation, and spotting spoiled foods are just a few of the topics we'll be covering.
Tues: Salads, Fruit, & Vegetarian Cooking
The various meatless diets, proper cleaning and cooking fruit and vegetables, and making Tofu taste good.
*Each team will choose and prepare a Veggie Dish
Wed: Fish & Seafood
Cooking fish and other delicate seafood, accompanying dishes.
*Each team will be assigned a Dish to prepare based on the
Thurs: Beef & Pork
Properly handling & cooking Beef, Pork, & Poultry.
*Each team will be assigned meats to cook in the appropriate manner.
Fri: Final Exam
The Campers will cook a 3 course meal for their Parents to eat.
*They will not know what they will have to cook until this Day.
This Camp will be from 2-5pm Mon-Fri.
Camp Admission is $135/Week.
*Dishes will be different each week so a child can attend multiple weeks. Ask about our special pricing for multiple weeks and multiple children.
